Responsibilities & Context:
To perform Research & Development (R&D) activities for Water Purifier products, including new product development and product improvement.
To provide technical support to manufacturing to ensure smooth production and product quality.
To support Sales & Marketing teams.
Coordinate with the Supply Chain team for technical specifications, component selection and sourcing requirements.
Oversee After-Sales Service technical issues, troubleshooting and continuous product improvement based on customer feedback.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety standards and regulatory requirements related to water purification systems.
Coordinate with different departments and perform tasks assigned by the Business Unit.
