• Diploma in Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

• Diploma in Engineering from any government institution/ B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from a public university (RUET, CUET, or KUET or any other government institution).

• At least 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Architecture Firm, Interior Design, Escalator/Elevator/Lift, HVAC System

• The Candidate must have experiences in AutoCAD 2D, MS Excel, Word, MS Project and E-GP.

• Must have Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills with Can-Do Attitude.

• Project Management, Leadership and Co-ordination Skills.

• Experience in Projects under any donor agency like World Bank, ADB, will be an added advantage.

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and highly technical Civil Engineer to join our team. Job Responsibilities

• Performing complex calculations for pressure, loads, and stresses to ensure structural integrity.

• Analyzing configurations of basic structural components and selecting appropriate structural systems for buildings.

• Prepare Bills in conjunction with the BOQ, drawing, design and submit it to the relevant authority.

• Conducting site inspections to assess structural conditions and ensure work is executed according to approved drawings.

• Supervise the construction work as per drawing, design, plan, BOQ and Engage Labors and Technical person to respective jobs.

• Receive materials at Site. Maintain all records and ledgers of storage at Site.

• Monitor and ensure the quality of construction materials and workmanship meet company standards.

• Provide value engineering solutions to optimize cost without compromising safety or quality

• Develop and maintain project schedules for construction and renovation activities.

• Evaluate sub-contractor bills and ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.

• Provide regular updates to the department head on project progress, challenges, and resolutions.

• Enforce safety standards and protocols to ensure a hazard-free work environment at all construction sites.
