Monitor and determine the level of present customer satisfaction through different measurable tools and develop the level of customer satisfaction under different aspect.
To provide proper protocol (from every aspect) to the Customers.
To Listen Customers discomfort and take day to day note.
To perform jobs when & where assigned by the Departmental Head.
To develop an effective & efficient Customer Care System.
To Implement & Monitor the System.
To ensure the optimum level of Customer Satisfaction through the team.
To Guide both Pre-& Post Care team.
To keep a close relationship with all valued customers and landowners.
To ensure a one stop Customer Service through efficient Team Management.
