∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)
∎ B.Sc./Diplomain Textile Engineering/Chemical Engineer (Wet & Dry process in preferable)
∎ Skill Required: Denim Washing (Wet & Dry Process),Deying Washing, wash Chemical
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Dyeing/ Washing, Wet Dry Processing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Washing Factory
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Should have adequate experience in handling export oriented washing plant..
∎ • Analyze washing processes and provide SOP guidelines for washing plant to control of Wet/Dry processes for execution on bulk production.
∎ • Analyze & create planning for smooth Production.
∎ • Ensure maximum utilization of machines, chemicals and manpower.
∎ • Coordinate with higher management & implement the policy for the betterment of the Production department.
∎ • Evaluate & analyze Production cost control properly.
∎ • Having good knowledge about Washing, Garments Dyeing & Dry process chemicals.
∎ • Follow up and monitor the Production schedule and action plan to ensure deadlines are met.
∎ • Responsible for bulk washes, Garment Washing, Finishing, Coordination and Sampling.
∎ • Coordination with a merchandiser to make recipes records.
∎ • Responsible for a department where all Types of wash issues need to solve for Denim and non-denim Product.
∎ • Follow SOP operational policy and procedures
∎ • Track laundry processes on chemicals application, liquor ratio, washer temperature, cycle length, in compliance to wash recipe set.
∎ • Ensuring maximum efficiency of all machines, optimum production, on-time delivery of goods, and standard quality.
∎ • Prepare and monitor monthly budget to achieve company goals.
∎ • Works hand-in-hand with the quality team to view production quality and wash outcome and instructs further procedure.
∎ • Responsible for the training and development of team members.
∎ • Follow inventory control procedures and guidelines.
∎ • Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping with proper PPE.
∎ • Follows the Compliance related issues.
∎ • Follow up the Shipment dates/ Responsible for Shipment.
∎ • Any other tasks are given by the Management.

∎ • Must have computer literacy with adequate email corresponding knowledge with buyer and factory.

∎ • Ability to lead the team and appraise & motivate the team members.
∎ • Ability to achieve the target within short lead time.
∎ • Should have ability to get wash approval from buyer/buying office
∎ • Having Wash Costing knowledge and Consumptions of Chemicals.
