Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline or Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management.
∎ PGD HRM & Social Compliance will get preference.
∎ Training on Kaizen, Internal Auditor course on ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015, Fire Safety course.
∎ Work on KRA & KPI of management personnel.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure that all new employees attend the Orientation program.
∎ Arrange to conduct training needs analysis of the departments.
∎ In conjunction with Department Heads, develop departmental on the job training schedules that meet departmental operating objectives.
∎ Arrange to design, produce and implement training programs to meet specific department needs.
∎ To prepare and administer the training calendar on a regular basis.
∎ In preparing different policy, procedure, manuals, SOP.
∎ Well conversant with 5's, 6 Sigma, Kaizen and Lean management.
∎ Ensure all staff receives ongoing training in Corporate Training Programs.
∎ Facilitate management training programs.
∎ Source and obtain specialist assistance to conduct training if needed.
∎ Monitor all training activities conducted on and off site.
∎ Evaluate training effectiveness by attending as many training sessions as possible.
∎ Implement opportunities for quality Team Building.
∎ Ensure that all associates comply with the grooming and uniform standards.
∎ Comply with all Corporate and Standards Operating Procedures.
∎ To manage the administration of trainees and apprentices on the property.
∎ Carry out any additional duties as requested by the Management.
∎ Exemplifies the desired culture and philosophies of the organization.
∎ Report to General Manager.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 10 years experience in Asst. Manager Position (Training & Development).
∎ 5 year(s) work in managerial position (Training & Development).
∎ Solid understanding of HR fundamentals - recruitment, learning and development
∎ Strong desire to achieve and proven capabilities of people management, multi-tasking and working under pressure.
∎ Excellent computer literacy especially MS Word, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint.
∎ Good presentation and facilitation skills.
∎ Strong abilities to build relationships and manage multiple stakeholders' interests.
