Education:
  • Graduation/Post-Graduation in SCM, CSE, EEE, or relevant field.

  • Professional certifications in inventory management or supply chain management (e.g., CPIM, CSCP) will get preference.

Additional Requirements:
  • Age At least 25 years
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and experience with procurement software or ERP systems.

  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail with an ability to work under tight deadlines.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Explore the local & foreign markets for sourcing materials, products, and accessories required for the company’s after-sales services.

  • Develop new vendors and maintain relationships with existing suppliers to ensure a consistent supply of materials.

  • Prepare RFQs (Request for Quotations) and collect quotations for required materials.

  • Conduct technical evaluations of the materials and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure quality products at the most competitive prices.

  • Prepare Comparative Statements (CS) based on quotations and technical evaluations, and obtain necessary approvals for purchasing.

  • Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and Work Orders (WOs), and follow up on deliveries to ensure all materials are received on time as per requirements.

  • Maintain supplier accounts, process bills, and ensure timely settlement of payments to suppliers.

  • Ensure that all purchased materials meet the company’s quality standards while minimizing overall procurement costs.

  • Prepare various reports as required by the Head of Procurement and Management, such as cost analysis, vendor performance, and delivery timelines.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand material requirements and ensure procurement aligns with operational needs.

  • Ensure all procurement processes are compliant with company policies and applicable laws.

  • Resolve any issues related to supplier performance, quality, or delivery discrepancies.
