∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Store/ inventory
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for store management.
∎ Plan monitor and control the inventory management for recovery unwanted delay.
∎ Supervise the ware house and ensure timely delivery of goods.
∎ Ensure effective management and control stock levels and maintain the store ledger properly.
∎ Maintain FIFO/LIFO for material movement to comply proper compliance.
∎ To follow up all sorts of requisition.
∎ Communicate with all stores in preparing reports as per requirement of superiors.
∎ Ensure timely and proper store reconciliation for smooth store operation.
∎ Maintain minimum and judicious stock level for the smooth and effective functioning of the store.
∎ Get policies, SOP and procedures formed and reviewed time to time.
∎ Identify the area of improvement and cost savings and take initiatives to improve the cost efficiency.
∎ Ensure proper house keeping of the store.
∎ Any other task assign by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have expertise in MS Excel.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
