Job Responsibilities:
∎ To do Day-to-day general administration that includes daily attendance, leave, recruitment, Legal & factory affairs.
∎ To arrange, conduct & process employees Recruitment & Selection as per set Recruitment & Selection policy & Procedure and ensure that a fair recruitment is followed.
∎ Follow up recruitment of right person in right place in right time as per HR Planning.
∎ Ensure administrative related MIS are properly maintain, update.
∎ To maintain all data records papers in relation to Recruitment & Selection, wages, OT and allowances.
∎ To maintain employee New Recruitment, Resign List, ensure increment, promotion, separation, and confirmation related work for every month.
∎ To maintain the employee's Personal file with all related papers as up-dated.
∎ To maintain management guidelines by updating and recommending human resource & administrative policies and procedures.
∎ To maintain administrative & human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
∎ Motivate, Counsel Workers & staffs to ensure maximum productivity and profitability.
∎ Assist & coordinate performance appraisal process & ensure appropriate and effective communication.
∎ Manage the grievance and disciplinary issues smoothly and ensure proper discipline in the organization
∎ Carrying out floor visit to check housekeeping and compliance issues.
∎ Making workers aware of the rules and regulation of the company.
∎ Deal with all other Admin & HR related issues.
∎ Follow up compliance related task.
∎ Take corrective action and monitor all corrective measures as advised by the buyer/compliance auditors.
∎ Sound knowledge on Labor Law, Factories Act, and ILO Convention relevant to Garments sector.
∎ Negotiate/resolve daily problems among workers/staffs etc on administrative issues.
∎ Handling Disciplinary & Grievance, employee relation issues as per law.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Must have experience in Garments Factories (Sweater).
∎ Strong knowledge on Labour law 2006 & Labour Rules 2015
∎ Should have ready to work under pressure.
∎ Sound knowledge in computer operation, particularly Payroll Software.
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented, good leadership ability to lead & motivate.
∎ Must be fluent in both English & Bangla.
∎ Job Location: Kashimpur, Gazipur.
