Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for showroom’s operational by scheduling & assigning employees following up on work result.
∎ Drive sales performance by setting and achieving sales targets, monitoring sales metrics, and implementing strategies to maximize revenue generation.
∎ Train and coach showroom staff on effective sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement strategies to enhance sales effectiveness.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing department to plan and execute showroom promotions, events, and marketing campaigns to drive foot traffic and increase sales.
∎ Conduct regular safety inspections and training sessions to promote a safe and secure environment.
∎ Prepare regular reports and analysis on showroom performance, including sales trends, customer feedback, and inventory management metrics.
∎ Listen and resolve all the customers’ complaints.
∎ Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely replenishment of stock and availability of products in the showroom.
∎ Any other tasks assign by the supervisor.
