Job Context:
∎ Maya Corporation is going to appoint an IT professional to fill up the following vacancies in their respective unit.
∎ As an Assistant Manager/Senior Executive-IT, you will be responsible for overseeing the organization`s information technology infrastructure, systems, and services all concern.
∎ Your role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of the company`s technology assets, implementing effective IT strategies, and providing technical support to the entire organization.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, design, and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, hardware, and software systems.
∎ Evaluate and implement new technologies and solutions to enhance efficiency, security, and scalability.
∎ Monitor and maintain system performance, ensuring minimal downtime and quick issue resolution.
∎ Oversee data backups and disaster recovery strategies to safeguard critical information.
∎ Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
∎ Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify technology needs and create roadmaps for IT initiatives.
∎ Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
∎ Establish and enforce security protocols to protect the organization's data and infrastructure from potential threats and cyberattacks.
∎ Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and develop mitigation strategies.
∎ Create and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial constraints.
∎ Monitor expenses and identify opportunities for cost optimization without compromising on quality or security.
∎ Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to procure necessary hardware, software, and services.
∎ Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate contracts to ensure value for money.
∎ Provide technical support to employees, resolving hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
∎ Offer training and resources to users, enabling them to effectively utilize IT tools and applications
∎ Ensure compliance with relevant IT regulations, data protection laws, and industry standards.
∎ Maintain proper documentation and records to facilitate audits and regulatory reviews.
∎ Implement and oversee IT-related changes and upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
∎ Any other jobs as are assigned time to time by Line Manager, Business Head and IT Team Management
∎ Must have a depth knowledge in Oracle 12c, especially in fine tuning, RMAN Backup so on Ability to write complex SQL, Triggers, Functions, and Store Procedures, Hotel & Restaurant PMS.
∎ Must possess excellent analytical abilities.
