Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Look after overall quality of Plastic & Metal division according to different buyer requirements.
∎ Establish SOP for Quality Standards and maintain it in floor.
∎ Maintain all buyer’s quality SOP in the floor.
∎ Lead the full quality team in Plastic & Metal division.
∎ Communicating with buyers for quality related issues.
∎ Need to have vast knowledge in Plastic & Metal items.
∎ Analyze any risk during product development which will lead to quality failure in production.
∎ Coordinate with quality department of Plastic & Metal material to get the desired Plastic & Metal material product quality for smooth production.
∎ Report to management for any issues related to quality in the floor.
