Responsibilities & Context: Responsibilities & Context:
- Oversee the company’s full set of accounts, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Petty Cash management.
- Supervise day-to-day financial operations such as posting, and reconciliation of accounts.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of all business transactions (sales, purchases, expenses, payroll, etc.).
- Monitor and verify supporting documents for all financial transactions to maintain proper compliance and audit readiness.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and Cash Flow Statement.
- Review and reconcile bank statements, supplier accounts, and client accounts on a regular basis.
- Ensure all statutory requirements are met regarding Vat
- Supervise and guide two junior staff members, ensuring accuracy, accountability, and timely delivery of assigned tasks.
- Develop, implement, and maintain effective internal control systems to safeguard company assets and prevent financial irregularities.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance reports for management decision-making.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities during audits and inspections.
- Manage accounts receivables by tracking client payments, issuing invoices, and following up on outstanding dues.
- Manage accounts payables by verifying vendor bills, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining strong supplier relationships.
- Keep proper filing and documentation of all accounts-related records for future reference and legal compliance.
- Monitor project-wise expenses, revenue recognition, and cost control measures in line with real estate development activities.
- Generate and present financial reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for financial improvement.
- Handle confidential financial information with integrity and maintain strict data security protocols.
- Continuously review accounting processes and suggest improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
- Assist top management with strategic planning, business expansion decisions, and investment analysis.
- Prepare all the reports to management related with salary.
- Others tasks given by management.
