Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Quality, Quality Control/ Audit
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Plastic/ Polymer Industry

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and establishing a company's quality procedures, standards and specifications.
∎ Prepare check list, identify checking point, On-line check and maintain floor QC register etc.
∎ Inspecting test and or measure materials or products being produced.
∎ Reviewing customer requirements and making sure they are met.
∎ Working with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements from external suppliers.
∎ Making sure that manufacturing or production processes meet standards.
∎ Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures.
∎ Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports.
∎ Making suggestions for changes, improvements and implementation.
∎ Using relevant quality tools and making sure understand how to improve the business.
∎ Monitoring of all the QA activities, test results, leaked defects, root cause analysis and identifying areas of improvement. Implement steps required to improve the processes.
∎ Having the proper knowledge of using various tasting equipment and procedures.
∎ Responsible for new product development and establish quality standards.
∎ Acting as a catalyst for changing and improving in performance quality.
∎ Prepare Lab test report.
∎ Prepare QC report daily basis, identify online defect and submit report to the top management on regular basis.

∎ Experience in PVC Door and Pipes will get preference.
