∎ Graduate in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Corporate Sale, Institutional Sales, Pipes, Should have knowledge of Govt. tender process
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Active participation in e-GP.
∎ Prepare & Complete submission requirements for the related Bids/Tender and successfully submit tenders (offline/online).
∎ Responsible for preparing documents of qualification part and technical offer.
∎ Analyzing bid documents & preparing summery of Bid documents.
∎ Time to time report submission about running tender work, progress and processing work.
∎ Understanding of Govt. & Private procurement process, Budget financial year TAX & VAT.
∎ Draft Bank guarantee (Bid documents/BG/Performance security, letter of credit commitment/ Facilities and bill assignment documents.
∎ To establish and maintain a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events.
∎ Responsible for increasing business opportunities through various routes and also need to develop new businesses.
∎ Ensure that marketing objectives and activities are in line with sales targets.
∎ Make sales plan as per given sales target focusing on corporate business segments such as- Industries, Corporate houses, Institutions/ Tenders.
∎ Compile, analyze, and interpret sales data to provide reports to management on performance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Need to be smart & presentable with leadership quality.
∎ Candidates must have the experience on Tender related activities.
∎ Ability to take challenge, overcome obstacles with winning attitude.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
