Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and establishing a company's quality procedures, standards and specifications.
∎ Reviewing customer requirements and making sure they are met.
∎ Working with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements from external suppliers.
∎ Making sure that manufacturing or production processes meet standards.
∎ Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures.
∎ Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports.
∎ Making suggestions for changes, improvements and implementation.
∎ Using relevant quality tools and making sure understand how to improve the business.
∎ Receiving different types of complain from customer and take action to resolve those issues and prepare CAPA.
∎ Monitoring of all the QA activities, test results, leaked defects, root cause analysis and identifying areas of improvement. Implement steps required to improve the processes.
∎ Having the proper knowledge of using various tasting equipment and procedures.
∎ Responsible for new product development and establish quality standards.
∎ Acting as a catalyst for changing and improving in performance quality.
∎ Ensure finish goods analysis report timely.

∎ Must be intelligent, hardworking and dedicated with the fitness to work long hours, self-motivated, self driven, have good interpersonal skills, able to handle pressure.
∎ Computer literacy is a must
