Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Footwear Engineering
∎ B.Sc major in Production/ Footwear Engineering and M.Sc from Science background from any reputed University
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Determine, negotiate and agree in-house quality procedures, standards and/or specifications
∎ Assess customer requirements and ensuring that these are met
∎ Ensure that manufacturing processes comply with standards at both national and international level
∎ Set customer service standards & specifying quality requirements of raw materials with suppliers
∎ Work with operating staff to establish procedures, standards, systems and procedures
∎ Act as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance/quality
∎ Report all malfunctions to production executives to ensure immediate action
∎ Supervise technical or laboratory staff.
∎ Record, analyse and distribute statistical information
∎ Analyse all quality measures & take corrective action plan as per required.
∎ Implement 7QC tools and kaizen
∎ Establish QC circle in organization
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ Must possess fair knowledge & expertise about relevant work
∎ Possess excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skill
∎ Able to work under pressure individually and with team
∎ Candidates having related experience are highly encouraged to apply (experience in shoe manufacturing organisation will be given preference)
∎ Without experience in Quality Assurance for any manufacturing organisation need not apply.
