∎ B.Sc/ M.Sc in Food Engineering/Chemistry or related field from a reputed University.
Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct quality inspections and testing of products designated for export to ensure compliance with company and international standards.
∎ Monitor and document production processes to ensure products meet established quality benchmarks.
∎ Collaborate with production, packaging and logistics teams to address any quality-related issues before shipment.
∎ Prepare and review quality control reports for export shipments.
∎ Ensure all export products meet the required quality and safety standards of the destination country.
∎ Assist in the development and implementation of quality control policies and procedures specific to export operations.
∎ Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to export quality issues.
∎ Maintain accurate records of quality tests, non-conformance reports and corrective actions.
