Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)
∎ Tertiary education preferably Masters in Science. Candidate having highly experienced in tea estate, education in any discipline may apply.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Tea state
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure tea plantation in different location of tea estate under a set policy of the company.
∎ Ensure quality of tea production.
∎ Raise quality planting materials of tea & rubber in the nursery.
∎ Strive to sell all tea produced at the Plantation.
∎ Attend leaf weighing in both morning and evening and arrange to send plucked leaves to the factory maintaining safety and security.
∎ Review raw material and finished good inventory controls to assure timeliness and accuracy of all inventories.
∎ Ensure judicious use of agro-chemicals, field inputs etc.
∎ Ensure maintenance of irrigation set, vehicle etc.
∎ Prepare budget for field, factory and rubber.
∎ Maintain all records of field & factory, financial control as per budget.
∎ Oversee all purchasing, receiving, shipping and warehouse operations.
∎ Assure the timely transfer of all goods in different locations.
∎ Identify and develop tactics with the managers to support the Sales/Marketing strategies.
∎ Manage the tea estate roster duty as part of job to monitor and ensure quality tea processing.
∎ Make outside liaison with Government & other organization
