Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA In HRM or Masters in any discipline from any reputed institute.
∎ PGD In HRM will be highly preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handling of the all Payroll system work.
∎ Handling of the Time & Attendance by Payroll software.
∎ Update the employee attendance from in the software regularly.
∎ Maintain shifting system attendance, ensure daily & monthly attendance for all employees.
∎ Entry employee basic personal information into payroll (Software) and upgrade time to time including Promotion, Increment, Transfer, Termination, Dismissal, Retirement, Removal, Discharge etc.
∎ Daily in /out data check.
∎ Prepare and update yearly increment salary adjustment and individual salary statement.
∎ Prepare the monthly all new employee list.
∎ Prepare monthly joining & resign status.
∎ Prepare daily absent report as per the requirement of reporting authority
∎ Maintain advance & loan management into payroll (Software)
∎ Prepare monthly salary sheet including OT & Bank disbursement sheet within deadline.
∎ Prepare monthly salary summery report.
∎ Submit all unit monthly & Daily attendance report and send to the reporting authority.
∎ Maintain employee master database & Prepare the Group insurance list.
∎ Maintain BGMEA software (recruited and lefty workers information update).
∎ Prepare the monthly worker salary pay Slip.
∎ Handling Audit related tasks.
∎ Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Excellent interpersonal & communication skill.
∎ Team player.
∎ Able to work under pressure with deadline.
∎ Excellent computer skill (Microsoft Office Package).
∎ Good communication skills in English & Bengali.
