Job Context:
∎ Lintas Bangladesh Co. Ltd. is a well reputed European lingerie company, is currently going through a major expansion in its production/Operation, looking for only well skilled in Lingerie Garments product professional in for the position of Asst. Manger Manager-Technical.
∎ Job Location: Adajmee EPZ, Siddhirganj, Narayanganj.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure smooth execution of apparels production in the particular area of the factory as per the buyer's specifications and meet the shipment schedule.
∎ Responsible for the quality of the garments and providing necessary guidelines
∎ Coordinate with Cutting, Sewing and Finishing department
∎ Take the ownership to achieve the goal and accomplishing the job target.
∎ Make production plans on regular basis and implement to ensure order delivery with timely execution till the final stage of shipment.
∎ Execute the plans and reach the target set by the company.
∎ Critical Balancing of lines as required by the styles and capable of utilizing operators to do multiple operations (processes) to complete the sewing.
∎ Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure that the cutting inputs, trims & accessories are arranged well in advance.
∎ Ensure the optimum productivity of operators in accordance with the IE requirements.
∎ Monitor the finishing processes and give necessary guidelines/ support to meet the shipment schedule and to check finishing-quality related issues.
∎ Responsible for general administration and co-ordination in recruitment of workers and management employees under him.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years

∎ A solid Knowledge of Internationally Accepted quality requirements/procedures and ensure that those requirements are met.
