Garments Industry, Garments Manufacturing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Measure the right capacity for all the Knit Production Process. Ensure the Capacity Planning and Control.
∎ Liaise with the merchandising division to determine customer requirements and Forecast Booking. Follow Up on Time & Action Calendar and Critical Path Management.
∎ Liaise with all Approvals, materials, costs, manufacturing equipment, and the size of workforce needs to manufacture goods Develops a production schedule detailing all tasks and when they should be completed by to meet projected completion date
∎ Liaises with the human resources department, and maintenance employees to ensure all workers, materials, and machinery will be available when
∎ required.
∎ Monitors project's progress to ensure it's following the schedule
∎ Follow up Troubleshoots problems that occur during production, including staff shortages and machinery malfunctions Collects and assesses data about the production and team's performance
∎ Prepares reports about production processes for upper management and suggests ways to improve efficiency. KPI based Reporting management.
∎ Ensure On Time Delivery Performance.

∎ 3/4 Years Working Experience in Knit Garments Industry. 40 advanced Excel Features usages and analytical Ability.
∎ Practical application knowledge and challenges to implement 35 Lean Methodology in Production area.
