Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Garments Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage various Knit production systems
∎ Manage all types of Sewing mechanism necessary for the company Time study (Cycle timing)
∎ Motion analysis of the operations Operation break down
∎ Preparation of OB (Operation bulletin)
∎ SAM Calculation.
∎ M/C Layout and Workstation layout Line/Machine Set up
∎ Work Sampling
∎ Method Study (Seeing Movements of an operation)
∎ WIP Control
∎ Line Balancing
∎ Capacity study, Capacity Planning.
∎ Cost estimation of a garment (Knit)
∎ Developing and Maintaining Skill Matrix
∎ Incentives schemes
∎ Calculating Fabric / Thread Consumption Work aids, Guide and Attachment
∎ Performance Rating
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Decisiveness,
∎ Stress Management Skills, Leadership,
∎ Excellent Organizational Skills,
∎ Good Written and Oral Communication Skills, Mathematics Skills, especially in the Area of Statistics, Understanding of Business Operations,
