Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
∎ Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
∎ Manage the recruitment and selection process
∎ Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
∎ Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
∎ Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
∎ Conduct HR surveys & share HR Metrics to management
∎ Publish HR SOP, Policies & Maintain it
∎ Maintain payroll plan and benefits program
∎ Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
∎ Report to management and provide decision support.
∎ Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
∎ Recruitment, Third party Manpower Management.
∎ Vendor Management, Insurance, Body check, BGV management.
∎ Training Sessions & Employee Engagement Activities management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Ready to join ASAP!!
∎ Good Comm skills (written, verbal & speaking)
∎ Highly proficient in MS Office, Highly skilled with MS Excel Advanced
∎ Ready to accept challenges, can work on over time sometimes if Job requires
∎ Manufacturing plant experience preferred
∎ Electronics Company experience highly preferred.
