Responsibilities & Context:
Manage overall HR functions of the garments factory including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
Ensure proper implementation of Bangladesh Labour Law 2006 (and amendments) in day-to-day operations.
Handle final settlement, gratuity, and payroll management including overtime calculation.
Prepare and maintain documents for buyer audits (BSCI)
Develop and implement HR policies, disciplinary procedures, and worker grievance management.
Supervise attendance, leave management, and employee record keeping.
Coordinate training and development programs for workers and staff.
Support management in maintaining a positive work environment and resolving labour issues.
