  • We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to spearhead our market expansion in Bangladesh. This role is critical for developing new business, particularly with Buying Houses and major garment manufacturers. We recognize that top talent may prefer different working arrangements; therefore, we offer significant flexibility for this position, including a full-time role or a third-party consultancy agreement, to be tailored for the right candidate.

  • A minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience in the garment accessories, textile, or apparel industry is essential.

  • Extensive, existing network and relationships with Buying Houses in Bangladesh is a MUST.

  • Prior experience with or strong knowledge of RFID products is a highly significant advantage.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Bengali.

  • A self-driven, entrepreneurial spirit, capable of working independently and taking initiative.

  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Strategic Business Development: Aggressively identify, target, and secure new clients, with a primary focus on building relationships with key Buying Houses and garment manufacturers in Bangladesh.
  • Client Relationship & Negotiation: Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with key decision-makers. Manage the entire sales cycle, including client meetings, presentations, quotation, and contract negotiation.
  • Liaison with Buying Houses: Act as the crucial link between our company and Buying Houses, ensuring seamless communication and understanding of their specific requirements.
  • Market Penetration: Leverage your deep industry network and knowledge to create and execute effective sales strategies that drive market penetration.
  • Product Promotion: Expertly present and promote our full range of products, with a strong emphasis on the value proposition of our RFID solutions.
  • Representation at Events: Represent the company at relevant industry exhibitions and trade shows to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
