Job Responsibilities:
∎ Operational planning by analysing the opportunities of transformers & substation equipment business.
∎ Develop business inception plan, marketing plan & strategies.
∎ Arrange business meetings with prospective clients, develop quotations and proposals.
∎ Achieve financial objectives and sales targets of transformers & substation portfolio.
∎ Maintain strong relationship with regulatory bodies (Govt. & Non-Govt. Organizations).
∎ Maintain communication with the principals on product-related issues.
∎ Make regular field visits and conduct research to identify new market opportunities and customer needs.
∎ Coordinate with support departments of ACI Motors on operational works.
∎ Prepare relevant reports and presentations for senior management as required.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Good at Ms-Office Suite (Ms-Word, Ms-Excel & Ms-PowerPoint).
∎ Have knowledge about the relevant industry (Transformers & Substation Equipment)
∎ Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
∎ Be able to cope with pressure & work environment.
∎ Strong Communication & Negotiation skills.
