Job Context:
∎ Mahmud Group is looking for a dynamic and self-driven professional to join as an Asst. Manager - Internal Audit (Inventory Management).
∎ The candidate highly adaptable inspires innovation and be able to lead change for optimum productivity.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Calculation and Checking of Inter Process Loss of Garments Division's (cutting to shipment) and reporting monthly
∎ Follow up of Wastage management regularly and reporting monthly
∎ Checking and verifying of Local procured bills
∎ Checking and verifying of all service relating bills of suppliers
∎ Checking of various Sub-contact bills.
∎ Monitoring of Inventory Management System and conduct physical verification of stock & stores on regular basis with ERP system
∎ Preparation of Comparative Statement of Pre-cost and Post cost on regular basis order wise and finding out of variance between pre-cost and post-cost
∎ Preparation of Order Closing/Job Closing on regular basis.
∎ Closely monitor the raw material consumption of each product and compare it to the BOM/ Budget to control the raw material cost.
∎ Closely monitor and analyze the other conversion cost related to the factory and inform to the executive board if found any discrepancy.
∎ Closely monitor the accessories requirement and consumption.
∎ Closely monitor the factory's operational efficiency like capacity utilization, rejection, and communicate it to the top management with regular basis.
∎ Gather the correct operational data to prepare the monthly operational data (MOD) report accurately.
∎ Monitor the utility and other related cost of the complex.
∎ Check returnable goods in & out as per gate pass.
∎ Check order wise cutting, sewing, finishing and rejection.
∎ Check order closing Report (Random)
∎ Check fabric store (Received/issue/balance).
∎ Any other job as when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership quality
∎ Adaptable, pro-active, innovative and must be able to work under pressure independently
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Should have excellent people management skills
∎ Should have ability to correspond accurately
∎ Should have sound knowledge on Computer (Microsoft Office)
