Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have experiences in software implementation preferably in the RMG industry
∎ Analyze the requirements of end users, communicate between clients and software development team to finalize the scopes for development and changes.
∎ Inspect changes before customer performs user acceptance testing
∎ Provide support to end users and investigate data discrepancies and application errors.
∎ Handle Change Control procedures and documentation.
∎ Understand different level of MIS report and its impact on business process
∎ Extend user support and training to customer and support users – both visiting clients and through web meeting.
∎ Handle inbound calls and emails with enthusiasm, a passion for customer service, and positive energy to answer questions about products and services.
∎ Develop presentation and user manuals of the software
∎ Visiting garments at Gazipur, Savar, Narayanganj and surrounding areas frequently.
∎ Collaborate between clients, sales team and tech team.
∎ Strong communication and negotiation skills to manage the clients
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 23 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicant should have at least 2 years of experience in software implementation.
∎ Experiences in RMG in any position is strongly plus.
∎ Must have knowledge of technical application, operating system and application software
∎ Ability to work long hours and/or weekends when necessary.
∎ Must have sound knowledge in Ms. Office, emails, internet etc.
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
