Job Context:
∎ We provide a number of digital solutions to banks, retails and corporates.
∎ We are looking for well-spoken Telesales Executives to be responsible for soliciting sales over the telephone.
∎ The Telesales Executive’s responsibilities include contacting potential customers, reading from a prescribed script, focusing on customer needs to close sales, and documenting customer information, expectations, and reactions.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
∎ Asking the right questions to engage customers and keep the conversations going.
∎ Listening to the customers' needs to generate repeat sales.
∎ Do regular follow-up with the contacts and leads.
∎ Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
∎ Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Mainly females are allowed to apply, but males can if they want.
∎ Strong patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
∎ Strong communication and creative thinking skills are must.
∎ You should have a very good voice and convincing power over the phone.
∎ The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.
