Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ Skills Required: Corporate Sales, Sales & Marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Corporate Sales, Corporate Sales (B2B Business), Sales & Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have a proper understanding of market dynamics and customer needs of the IT products & services.
∎ Have proven software sales experience preferably in HR, Payroll or ERP
∎ Have excellent presentation and communication skills.
∎ Visit garments, other types of clients to demo the software products.
∎ Plan yearly, quarterly, monthly, weekly based on sales targets and execute those efficiently.
∎ Maintain full lifecycle of the sales process from prospecting to closure (which includes communicating via call/email etc. with prospects/clients, pitching for business, finding out the client's particular needs, writing & sending proposals to clients, materializing the sales).
∎ Should be willing to work under deadlines and targets.
∎ Should be able to write reports and proposals.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in software sales
∎ Must have a strong desire and passion to learn and grow
∎ Must have a "Growth Mindset" and "Can Do" attitude.
∎ Must be dedicated, proactive, and hard-working.
∎ Must have huge patience, and creativity.
Salary: Negotiable
