Garments Accessories, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure 100% implementation of buyer's COC, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, Labor Law 2006 and Labor Rules 2015 in the factories.
∎ Ensure the factories are always prepared/ready for assessment / audits like, ISO-QMS, ISO-EMS, Social compliance Audit, Technical / Quality Assurance Audit, Security System Audit, Fire safety assessment (Building and Electrical), Structural safety assessment, etc.
∎ Communicates and coordinates various audit body (ISO, HIGG, SEDEX, BSCI, WRAP, RSC/NIRAPON etc) by providing supportive documents
∎ Ensure that Child Labors are not in practice.
∎ Accomplishes buyer's/ audit's corrective action plan
∎ Follow up that all CA has been taken as per CAP.
∎ Take proper and immediate steps to improve factory conditions those will get object of non-compliance from buyers and take all possible steps to adhere with buyers' compliance requirements.
∎ Follow up all date, records, reports, formats, statement & files, Books & Registers of all departments are properly prepared, issued, update & maintained as per compliance requirement/standards.
∎ Liaise with all concern department in order to coordinate with Buyers visits and take all necessary steps for facing the buyers/ Govt. and compliance visit and audit / assessment.
∎ Conducts regular internal audit to keep the premise compliant
∎ Ensures subordinates (provides instruction) are preparing various documents as per buyer's code of conduct
∎ Prepare and implement all necessary SOP in the factory.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 44 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have sound knowledge on ISO-QMS, ISO-EMS, Labour law 2006 & Labour Rules 2015, RSC and NIRAPON standard, Fire Prevention Act 2003, ILO conventions, different buyers Code of Conduct etc.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on different certification.
∎ Good knowledge on CSR activities.
∎ Good command in both written and spoken English.
