∎ Masters in Human Resources Management/Science/Social Science from a reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work closely with Head of HR and Admin on Talent Retention strategies, Development programs, competency model, Talent pipeline etc.
∎ Will assist in the succession planning processes of the organization
∎ Assist in the planning, designing and motoring the learning and development activities to meet the basic competencies for the job and that the organization will need in future.
∎ Work together with Compensation and Benefits section to process and manage the entire payroll system, compensation and benefits programs of the organization
∎ Assist Compensation and Benefits section to prepare, analyze and present annual Human Resources/Manpower Budget
∎ Participate in the regular local market surveys on compensation, benefits & other employment related issues and analyze market competitiveness with a view to propose identified gaps or the areas that require immediate focus
∎ Handle periodic audit, both internal & external, on HR issues, largely in the areas of compensation & benefits
∎ Provide services as may become necessary to support the operation of the business as directed by the Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Advance level skills in MS Excel is a must.
∎ Adequate knowledge of current labour rules and regulations
∎ 4 to 5 years of experience in the field of human resource management.
∎ Must possess effective oral and written communications skills.
∎ Strong people management skills and good team player.
∎ Willingness to work sometimes irregular, extended hours and be "on-call"
