Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ University of Dhaka,IBA, Dhaka University students will get preference
∎ Training/Trade Course: HRD

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Human Resource Management, Human Resources & Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Multinational Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ For developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, specifically in the areas of talent management including recruitment and development.
∎ Processing of reports or documents pertaining to personnel activities e.g. Recruitment, grievances, transfers, employee benefits, performance evaluations etc.
∎ Formulation, maintenance and monitoring of employee's daily attendance & leave management.
∎ Analyze and assess training needs of the organization.
∎ Link training outcomes with performance of the employee.
∎ Designing and implementing new training modules
∎ Preserve all data in regards to HR activities & employee management.
∎ Setting policies relating to employees compensation & benefit package.
∎ Develop a strategy to establish appropriate HR processes and practices in the organization as per management's directives to meet the needs of organization growth.
∎ Mentoring staffs of all department & ensure strict compliance of HR & Admin related matter.
∎ Assist in the setting up of KRIs of Job Functions; designing the annual appraisal format and measuring annual performance ratings for onward Management actions e.g. promotions, increments, and Incentives.
∎ Provide day to day advice & consultation to top management as required.
∎ Motivate, Counsel the staff to ensure maximum productivity and profitability.
∎ Ensuring Legal Compliance throughout HR Management;
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Specialized training in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, or employee relations is an advantage.
∎ Ability and willingness to travel throughout Bangladesh.
∎ Able to deliver effective results, meet tight deadlines and targets.

Salary: Negotiable
