Job Responsibilities:
∎ To receive goods from the sewing section.
∎ To allocate the day to day work among the in-charge.
∎ To maintain and follow up hourly/daily/monthly production target for the shipment.
∎ To maintain and follow up the inline, pre final and final fact of the finishing.
∎ To face and solve any kind of problems regarding the inline, pre final and final process.
∎ To maintain the shipment schedule based on the style, buyer, unit, size and so on in the weekly process.
∎ To face and solve the problem regarding the wash goods after receiving and inform to the supervisor regarding the fault of the goods.
∎ To inform the store, related merchant and to the production director regarding the shortage of the accessories supply.
∎ To maintain, handle and follow up the 100% housekeeping of the authorized floor.
∎ To maintain the SR book that is related to the finishing accessories.
∎ To check and approve the gate pass.
∎ To supervise, monitor and follow up the subordinate.
∎ To prepare and submit the daily, weekly and monthly production and delivery report to the concerned authority.
∎ To participate in the weekly meeting to review the shipment meeting.
∎ To maintain the 100% quality of the finished goods.
∎ Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management.
