∎ PGD-HRM is preferable.
∎ University of Dhaka,North South University,BRAC University,Independent University, Bangladesh,East West University students will get preference
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: PGDHRM
∎ Skills Required: Recruitment & Selection, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management

∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): General HR, Recruitment & Selection, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Market Survey of Compensation & Benefit - Collect & analyze company wise salary structure, pay policy & related benefits to make a proper Compensation & Benefit Structure for Infra Division.

∎ Manpower Planning - ensure department/ project wise Org. Structure with approved headcounts and update current and design new recruiting procedures (e.g. job application and onboarding processes)

∎ Hiring need & requirements - Implement SOP's of effective hiring procedures & circulate to all related concerns and maintain liaison with all PD/PM/HOD's to get timely manpower requisition.

∎ Recruitment - Recruitment of key staffs to fill in the gaps identified after org. chart rationalization during HR mapping, nurturing internal talents and facilitating internal mobility. Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire).

∎ Supervise the Recruiting Team - To set clear goals & benchmarks for recruitment team and continued supervision which involves a great deal of communication with the team in order to streamline processes, solve problems and identify areas in need of improvement.

∎ Build the Network - Ensuring the company has access to the widest possible pool of candidates to choose from, need to build network with other employers and employees within the same industry by attending conferences, job fairs, seminars, etc.
