Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors/Masters in HRM from reputed University, PGDHRM will be preferred
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing talent sourcing activities to ensure right resource at the right time and ensure talent pool for key positions through employer branding and other relevant activities
∎ Coordinate Employee Relations activities and ensure adherence to company policies through periodic awareness among staff
∎ Manage Learning and development activities through regular skill development sessions based on actual need assessment and evaluate post-training effectiveness
∎ Coordinate monthly payroll with Group HR to ensure timely disbursement of salaries
∎ Manage Employee engagement activities across the organization
∎ Coordinate other HR operational works as per requirement
Additional Requirements:
∎ 4 - 5 years in relevant field
∎ Hands-on experience in managing core HR task as Asst. Manager/ Deputy Manager for at least 2-3 years
