Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidates must have BBA/MBA from any discipline with minimum CGPA 2/2nd class/ division or equivalent result in all academic examinations from any reputed university. (Marketing preferable)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To achieve monthly sales target as per planned/budgeted yearly sales projection of respective enterprise.
∎ Plan and supervision the execution of various projects of respective enterprises in order to hand over the job in time with cost efficiency.
∎ Communicate with customers to identify their requirements and assist them with selecting appropriate products that meet their specifications.
∎ Pursuit timely submission and collection of bill/dues in various organizations.
∎ Develop and implement programs effective in enhancing sales performance.
∎ Provide market feedback to management and plan necessary product diversification.
∎ Ensure marketing objectives and activities are in line with sales targets.
∎ Motivate and guide sales teams to improve performance and achieve set goals.
∎ Compile, analyze and interpret sales data to provide reports to management on performance.
∎ To provide effective after sales support and services to customers.
∎ Any responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Must have strong communication and presentation skills
∎ Solution driven, smart, approachable and possesses the ability to work with people from different backgrounds
∎ Must have to skill of multitasking
∎ Must have to work under pressure
