Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduation in Accounting/ Finance/ Management/ Statistics/ Math.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Overall Store management, Store Inventory and Control
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Plastic/ Polymer Industry

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure indents are raised & proper documentation is completed on a timely basis for requisition of items
∎ Daily follow-up receive and issue of materials and others.
∎ Follow up the pipeline materials with supply chain department.
∎ To ensure recording of the necessary data in software.
∎ Trend analysis of materials consumption and prepare weekly report.
∎ Monitoring finished goods stock position
∎ Daily total consumption of Raw Materials and received of finished goods with a reconciliation
∎ Taking physical inventory once a month to cross check with the monthly inventory report.
∎ Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control.
∎ Plan, develop and continuous improvement in all activities of warehouse process
∎ Generate Materials Received Report (MRR) on a timely basis in software.
∎ Any other task given by supervisor.

∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates having experience in plastic products (uPVC pipes & fittings) manufacturing company will get preference.
∎ Basic computer skills is a must.
∎ Able to work independently and proactively.
∎ Strong analytical, leadership and team management skills.
