Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee end-to-end production functions at the Non-beverage Unit (Cake) from raw materials receipt, productions, quality control, to delivery of finished products.
∎ New product development and ensure product quality.
∎ Achieve production target by increasing overall equipment efficiency (OEE) and reducing operational breakdown & CIP.
∎ Ensure adherence to cost control measures and leading, process specifications and quality standards.
∎ Implement all strategic management decisions through continuous process innovation with the end objective of achieving cost and supply chain efficiencies.
∎ Ensure the safety, security, health and hygiene of factory staff and worker as per GMP guidelines and BDS.
∎ Ensure optimum utilization of man, machine and material for best productivity.
∎ Responsible for plant operation and leading all unit operations of the factory as well as supporting and monitoring them for on-time delivery of the products.
∎ Manage all types of compliance issues such as BSTI, BFSA and local Govt. Fire defense, labor ministry, DOE and other related regulatory bodies, to maintain liaison with local law enforcement agencies.
∎ Ensure that expenditure control of operational & capital expenses as per budget.
∎ Coordinate with concerned departments, supply chain, marketing, sales and finance & accounts dept.
