∎ Must be proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and email correspondence.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Export Documentation and export related all work of Garments Textile Industries.
∎ Maintain Export L/C, Sales Contract, and Export Documentation.
∎ Need to prepare all export documents such as Commercial Invoice, P/List, Forwarding for Buyer and Bank purposes.
∎ To submit export documents to the buyer or their agent and bank documents for negotiation/ payment; as well as follow up with the bank to accomplish the realization process.
∎ Follow up goods handover on time with custom documents, Vessel/Flight schedule, Stuffing, NN BL correction, etc.
∎ Collection of original BL, original LC, Certificates, GSP, CO, etc., and submit to the bank.
∎ Upload Export Documents on the buyer’s System/Platform.
∎ Follow up with the buyer followup team, local agent, and buyers. PRC collection and maintain export statement register.
∎ Follow up with the Freight Forwarder/Shipping line.
∎ Monthly/yearly statement submission to the management.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
