Responsibilities & Context:
Implement a production plan to assure on time delivery and highest quality standards
With management, develop strategies to manage the risk proactively, engage management, and initiate actions to execute strategies
Counsels and advises subordinates concerning performance
Develops and maintains departmental budget
Manage the communication and elevation of all chemical product safety issues providing swift mitigation and corrective action in a timely manner
Maintain, evolve and execute TBL-VF RSL, safety policies and procedures as appropriate
Act as TBL Global Product Safety Champion while contributing to the further development and implementation of best practices
Internally support TBL's Green Working Group and VF's Product Safety team on evaluating and prioritizing 'green' initiatives
Specialist experience in key technical areas biopharma, fill/finish, clean utilities, OSD
Develop and implement business plans to achieve revenue and profit goals for the region
