1. Must have practical experience in Accounting department of Spinning Factory.
2. Must know Tally Software & Office Application.
3. Preference will be give candidates live near the job location.
4. Part qualified of CMA & CA will get preference.
5. Competency on payment terms and tax calculations.

We are looking for an experienced individual responsible for all the accounting work of a Spinning Mills Factory.

Candidates who live near the job location or in the same area will be given preference.

Job Location: Saturial, Manikganj.

Responsibilities:

1. To Operate Tally Software.
2. To prepare and implement monthly payments & received or income & expenditure budget of the company.
3. To prepare monthly financial statements.
4. To monitor the day-to-day operation of the Accounts Department, handling petty cash and Tally software.
5. Review the cash flow requirement to ensure sufficient funds are available for operation.
6. To develop and update the internal financial operation policy and procedures.
7. To ensure compliance of the bookkeeping system with standards to enforce organizational transparency.
8. To prepare tax accounts annually.
9. To make sure the source of funds is available for payment of Salary and other expenses.
10. To issue a Fund Transfer Letter to the banks to transfer funds to the other accounts.
11. To ensure bank reconciliation.
12. Any other job assigned by the management.
