Additional Requirements:
Must have practical experience in Textile factories.
Must know Computer Office Applications & Accounting software.
Part qualified of CMA & CA will get preference.
Competency on payment terms and tax calculations.
Responsibilities & Context:
To prepare and implement monthly payments & received or income & expenditure budget of the company.
To prepare monthly financial statements (income statement, and statement of cash flows)
To monitor the day-to-day operation of the Accounts Department, handling petty cash and Tally software.
Review the cash flow requirement to ensure sufficient funds are available for operation.
To perform L/C discount/negotiation work.
Communicate with banks for all banks related activities.
To develop and update the internal financial operation policy and procedures.
To ensure compliance of the bookkeeping system with standards to enforce organizational transparency.
To prepare management accounts annually & half yearly.
To prepare tax accounts annually.
To perform all types of L/C-related work and payment follow-up.
To make sure the source of funds is available for payment of Salary and other expenses.
To issue a Fund Transfer Letter to the banks to transfer funds to the other accounts.
To ensure bank reconciliation.
Any other job assigned by the management.
