Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in any discipline/ Master's degree in any discipline/Diploma in Engineering (Textile background)
∎ Having sound knowledge on IE will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for 100% capacity utilization and waste reduction & manage all task for smooth production, smooth final inspection pass and on time shipment.
∎ Setup sewing line, check consumption, costing and inventory & strictly follow up for increasing productivity.
∎ Always have to communicate with the merchandising and planning team and solve every production issues related to merchandising and planning.
∎ Supervise and manage the overall aspects of the Cutting, Sewing, Finishing and Quality department & work on feedback from Customers/Buyer QC.
∎ Responsible for daily production and work to achieve daily production target with buyer required quality standard.
∎ Responsible for operation and operational staff control and management.
∎ Work for 100% capacity utilization and waste reduction
∎ Manage all task for smooth production, smooth final inspection pass, and on-time shipment
∎ Coordinate all department for smooth Garments manufacturing
∎ Closely monitor sewing and finishing getting the best possible output and giving direction on the floor.
∎ Setup the sewing line, check consumption, costing, and inventory.
∎ Strictly follow up hourly production and work for increasing
∎ Communicate always with the merchandising team and solve every production-related issue involved merchandising.
∎ Achieve maximum production by the lowest cost
∎ Appointing and interviewing all production staff and their salary fixation.
∎ Guide IE team for increasing production
∎ Giving feedback to garments Buyer and Buyer QC
∎ Ensuring Optimum utilization of man, machine & material for higher productivity.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on basic & latest compliance system.
∎ Ensure safety, quality and compliance activities on the production floor;
∎ Preparation of periodical production performance reports for sharing with departmental Head as well as top management.
∎ Any other duties assigned by the higher management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5 years of experience as a "Production Manager" for a Knit Garments Factory.
∎ Excellent knowledge on pattern and marker.
∎ Must possess very good interpersonal skills, to maintain effective relationship with Workers, Supervisors and Managers.
∎ Should be well-behaved, honest and able to achieve target.
∎ Good knowledge of Compliance, Labor Law and Rules & Regulations of the RMG sector in Bangladesh and abroad
∎ Should have knowledge in Social, Technical Audit.
∎ Knowledge in IE will be given preference.
∎ Able to work independently and proactively.
∎ Strong leadership and team management skill
∎ Good computer skills.
