Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Minimum Graduation with 5 to 7 year experience in printing (B.Sc in Textile will be given preference)
∎ Bangladesh University of Textiles students will get preference
∎ Skills Required: dyeing and printing, Printing

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Printing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have sound knowledge rotary and flatbed printing
∎ Vast experience in different type of fabric processing, Value added printing processes and after treatment.
∎ Must have to planning capacity.
∎ Ensure proper utilization of manpower
∎ Ensure support in any kind of problem & give solution to set parameter for overcoming the problem;
∎ Ensure the quality standard as per buyer requirement by standardizing the process and set a SOP for the process;
∎ Ensure development of new process in operation;

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Minimum Two year experience in similar position.
∎ Through knowledge of knit fabric.
∎ Should be able to work independently/strong communication skills/computer literacy.
∎ Be up to date with latest development in the industry.
∎ Clear Knowledge on back process, printing process, finishing of printed fabrics, defect & excellent problem solving ability.
∎ Good knowledge on lab test process & sample approval system.
∎ On the spot decision making ability.
∎ Fair knowledge on fabric type, composition, GSM etc.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Minimum Two year experience in similar position. Through knowledge in Rotary and Flatbed printing. Should be able to work independently/strong communication skills/computer literacy. Be up to date with latest development in the industry. Clear Knowledge on back process, printing process, finishing of printed fabrics, defect & excellent problem solving ability. Good knowledge on lab test process & sample approval system.
