• Only Male

• Energetic, confident and proactive. 

• Good numerical, logical, analytical, goal oriented, critical thinking & problem solving ability.

• Should have sound technical knowledge on Dyeing Finishing.

• Knowledge on pretreatment dyeing and after treatment procedure of different types of fabrics.Knowledge on controlling point’s for quality dyeing.

• Knowledge on visual and instrumental shade matching.

• Knowledge on different types of dyeing faults and their remedies.

• Knowledge on different types of finishing process for different types of fabrics.

• Knowledge on various controlling points of finishing for quality fabrics.

• Responsible for special recipe check and correction of cotton, viscose, polyester and their blends.

• Responsible for selection modification of programs for different type of fabrics.

• Responsible for very good shade matching with visually and using data color and color tools software.

• Responsible for batch planning, checking daily dyes and chemicals report, checking QC and final Inspection reports and giving solution for the problematic batches.

• Responsible for co-ordination with dyeing, finishing and QC for better quality production.

• Control dyeing production by controlling the dyeing and finishing parameter and man power, management with automation and state of art technology.

• Achieve the production target by ensuring proper utilization of machine and man power.

• Follow up R & D for new fabric development and keep technical concept for bulk production.

• Improve dye house productivity by utilizing the recent development and RFT (Right first time) % by ensuring control upon different parameter.

• Control the fabric properties as per buyer standard by ensuring physical and chemical properties by analyzing the test report.
