Responsibilities & Context:
Act to achieve yearly target under the guidance of the management.
Prepare yearly service delivery plan including service strategies, policies, procedures, and practices for all service delivery channels in order assure effective after sales service to end of tractor users.
Reporting to the immediate supervisor of the latest information of service section.
To design a better Service Plan for minimize cost & maximize facilities with customer satisfaction for respective Region.
Conducting regular service camp & organize FDFC and report to immediate supervisor within due date.
Making tour plan to customer visit as well as mechanic activity inspection, trouble shoot of tractor and providing solution related activity.
Develop plan to maximize personnel productivity and making quarterly basis performance appraisal individually.
Providing customer service according to Companies commitment.
