Responsibilities & Context:
Good knowledge of Machine and Spare Parts.
Maintain all the equipment/machines of the factory in proper working condition to ensure optimum production.
Coordinate with the department head to ensure spare parts stock and procurement for the spare parts and consumables.
Analyze the machine's critical parts and keep a record.
Ensure technical support on mechanical systems and equipment to other members of the maintenance team.
Should have good communication skills.
Comply with company safety guidelines and procedures.
Motivating subordinates to follow company regulations as well as safety matters.
