Additional Requirements:
  • Strong in troubleshooting and repairing industrial machines and utilities.

  • Experience with injection molding, extrusion, and stationery machinery (e.g., report cover file, zipper bag, foiling machines).

  • Knowledge of power systems, drives, PLC, DCS, and industrial automation.

  • Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and maintenance reporting tools.

  • Familiar with 5S, TPM, ISO standards, and Six Sigma practices.

  • Able to handle emergency breakdowns effectively.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Plan and execute preventive, routine, and breakdown maintenance schedules to ensure smooth operation of all electrical and mechanical equipment.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment faults and malfunctions to minimize machine downtime and to maintain continuous production flow.

  • Operate and monitor machines such as injection molding, extruders, and stationery-related equipment (e.g., report cover file, zipper bag, foiling machine) to ensure optimal performance.

  • Inspect and maintain power supply systems, motors, control panels, and automation setups to uphold operational efficiency and reliability.

  • Comply with and enforce safety protocols and engineering standards to promote a safe and hazard-free working environment.

  • Participate in and support regular technical training sessions to develop awareness in machine handling and electrical safety practices.

  • Prepare and update daily and monthly reports, including downtime logs, maintenance checklists, and spare parts usage to track equipment performance and maintenance history.

  • Coordinate with production teams during technical issues to restore equipment functionality in a timely manner.
