Experience:

• At least 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Fashion Designing

• Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Fashion Designing.
• Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Fashion Designing. Shanto Mariam University of Creative Technology students will get preference.

• At least 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Age At most 35 years

• Fluent in speaking and writing English
• 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design and 3D CAD modeling, preferably in the fashion or textile industry.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Expertise in CLO 3D.Understanding of garment construction, textures, and materials. 
• Soft Skills: Strong creativity and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in designing for international apparel markets. Knowledge of knitwear apparels. Creativity, innovation and flair
• Should be knowledge on 3D CLO.
• Ability to generate ideas and concepts, Understand Fashion Trend Well, Design and visualization skills, either by hand or through computer-aided design (CAD)Technical skills, including pattern cutting

• Working with others in the design team to develop products to meet a brief-liaising closely with the marketing and merchandising team to create ranges for all customers.

• Understanding design from a technical perspective, i.e. producing patterns and technical specifications for designs

• Sourcing, selecting and buying fabrics, trims, fastenings and embellishments

• Negotiating with customers and suppliers..Creating an idea and producing a design by hand or using computer-aided design (CAD)

• Keeping up to date with emerging fashion trends as well as general trends relating to fabrics, colors and shapes

• Planning and developing ranges Creating trend tech packs and mood boards for our own collection.

• Any other responsibility assign by the management.
